THANKYOU to the mechanic that talked me into buying my 2010 Jeep Sahara Wrangler I am 83 with a terminal disease now yet drove my jeep like a tank back rough roads cross country skiing and it did not fall apart. Yes, I recently needed brakes, 4W pin bearing, shocks, springs, wheel bearings but it took a lot that no other car could have stood. He listened to my concerns and parts are coming in and will be fixed. 5 stars The shuttle driver, his name escapes me was so personable and brought me elsewhere when the mall was closed. Turning around so my drop off is at the door. Is so professional! Great experience over all! 5 stars
Great, prompt service. Love the text updates. Ease for drop off, payment online & pick up. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the wording on the receipt when a service couldn't be performed/part replaced. They had it written down that I declined, however, I did not.

Exceptional service…my service agent knew I had another appointment and they were able to prioritize my work and get it all completed efficiently and effectively. They kept me updated throughout the day which was very helpful. The shuttle driver was also very prompt and friendly …10/10 complete experience .

Service completed in a timely manner. Shuttle service provided if customer wanted to use it. Comfortable seating atea with refreshments..tv channel however was on sports..not everyone is interested in that. Remote didnt seem to work to change channels- no big deal. Service tome and service quality was excellent.
Brought my truck in for service and everything was excellent. They brought it in promptly and completed the work on time. The service tech fully explained the final inspection when I picked up the vehicle.
